For Burning (Sacred Smoke):
- Light a natural charcoal disc and wait until evenly glowing (3-5 minutes)
- Place 1-2 tears of amber frankincense on the glowing charcoal
- Allow the warm balsamic smoke to rise and settle through the room
- Each tear burns for 5-8 minutes, releasing grounding, contemplative smoke
