30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received — unused and unopened
  • Original packaging and any tags must be intact
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

We'll acknowledge your message and respond within 7 days of receiving all necessary details. Our team will review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return your current item and place a new order for the desired product. Once your return is accepted and processed, you're welcome to order the replacement item.

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason and without justification.
