Rose otto is one of the gentlest essential oils. We still recommend diluting with a carrier oil like jojoba or fractionated coconut for larger areas. For pulse points, a single drop applied neat is fine. Listen to your skin.
Rose absolute is extracted using chemical solvents like hexane. Rose otto is pure hydrodistillation. No solvents touch the petals. Different process, different purity, completely different oil.
